Default FSCM fuse intermittently blows

I have a 2014 chevy impala limited with the 3.6 and have an issue where the FSCM (Fuel pump control module) fuse blows intermittently. It only does it when it is cold. Had the issue previously and thought it was fixed but this morning it was -9° and the car wouldn't start, checked the fuse and it was blown. Was curious if anyone has had this issue before and where to start looking.

I had this happen once and it was the fuel pump relay causing it but mine would do it randomly hot or cold outside but for a cheap part I would try it out. Good luck hopefully someone else can help if it doesn't do it for you.
