fuel pump issues

fuel pump issues
I have a 2003 1500 4.8 2wd 4dr and having running issues. Thought the fuel pump was bad, so I replaced it. Its not the pump or relays or fuese, checked the fuese and relays and all seem to have the right voltage so they work. I cant find the ecm to replace it. well that is my next step. If anybody has had a run in with this problem can ya'll point me in the right direction. thank you
