Fuel pump problem
Hello every one:
I have a 1989 Chevy C1500, 4.3L V6, 5 speed trans, 2 wheeled drive, scratch on right rear fender.
My fuel pump will not come on for the initial prime. I have to crank it until I get some oil pressure then it starts and run’s just fine. Replaced the fuel pump last year. Replaced the fuel pump relay and fuse last week. When I put a jumper from the battery to the fuse the pump comes on and the truck will start instantly. Any ideas?
