Default Fuel Regulator. And wire question

I have a 99 Tahoe with a 5.7.

Is there anyway to test the regulator at all?

Also anyone have All Data? I need to know where 2 wires go from the PCM.
Plug C4 pins 11 and 13. I have the pinouts but it dont say where they go from there.

Thanks

A simple test is to remove the vacuum hose at the pressure regulator. If there's gas in there, it's bad. Next would be to hook up a pressure gauge to the fuel rail and take a reading when the engine is running. Google your truck to see what the pressure should be. Generally, when a regulator goes bad, fuel pressure reads high.

Thanks for the reply.

Can I get to this hose even thought the regulator in under the intake manifold?

I have a gauge it primes about 58 while cranking goes to 60, it starts then dies fuel pressure drops to 50.

Pump is new so is the filter.

Sounds like regulator, and you have to remove the intake to get to it. The vaccum hose too it may not require removal of the intake, however you need to check for gas in the vacuum line close to the regulator.
