Hello,

I was sent a form to fill out for reimbursement for replacing the pedal in my car. The form says to include quotes, repair details, receipt... I did the repair myself, and bought the part online (which I have a receipt for). What details do I need to include with my letter? Is it possible to get reimbursed for the repair I did myself?
