Default GM SUV and Truck differentials

I work at a shop that gets a lot of commercial vehicles from limo companies, we do differential gears on Fords and other companies and never have any problems, except for gm, we have replaced gears on suburbans, escalades, and silverados and almost always have them come back saying they have that dreadful whining noise. Im sure some of you know what im talking about, the whining noise happens when the vehichle is in motion and you are on the accelerator. I was wondering if there is any advice as to why we get so many comebacks, some people say the gears need to be adjusted but we have tried this and cant seem to find a proper solution as to why they wear out so quickly. Has anyone else had this problem or have heard of this?
