Question Going Carbureted Questions

New guy here, just wondering what I'll need for my build I'm doing. I've got a 5.7L 350 from an old TBI that I've stripped down and want to build. Putting a comp cam Xtreme energy cam with pushrods, lifters, and the works on vortec heads. Keeping stock bore with new bottom end. Wanting to put a carburetor on it on an edelbrock intake but don't know what size I need. I was told a 650 cfm would work, but I'm not sure. When its all said and done, I'll have a th350 or 400 trans since I have a 4L60E. Also, intake and heads are gonna be ported and polished. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Here's the cam if you need the reference: https://www.jegs.com/i/COMP-Cams/249/12-230-2/10002/-1
