I brought a Hayes Energizer 3 trailer brake controller for my truck and it says it says it's for Medium/ heavy duty trailers . With 2 or 4 electric trailer breaks. I was wondering if it will work with my 18' flat bed trailer with breaks on one axel? Is that considered 2 breaks?
