Default Heat 2005 Chevy Avalanche

Hi,

Recently the heat in my 2005 Chevy Avalanche Z71 stopped working properly.

When I turn on the heat I get minimal flow through the vents regardless of setting.

BUT...
when I start the truck first thing in the morning on defrost (we have frost) it works perfectly until I turn the truck off. Then back to the problem.

It only seems to work first thing on defrost. Solid heat, solid airflow.

Any ideas?

Acutator isnt working properly if you have heat to the defrost. Probably a blend door is allowing too much cold air. Try the recycle button and see if that works.
