Default Heated Seats

I own a 2003 Silverado 1500 LT.
My problem is that I can activate the heated seat on one side or the other, if the other is activated it comes on for second then you hear a click and both go out. "Almost immediatley" you can turn on one again and the cycle continues.
I think its a self resetting breaker but where do I look??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx
