I am unable to change my heat or ac from vents in the window to the front vents or to the bottom, any idea what the problem may be.. 1995 chevy tahoe

 

You have a problem with the blend door actuator or the blend door. This is a common problem. They are plastic and usually fail with age. Not familiar with the 95, but it is in the dash and can usually be reached from under the dash.2
