help 05 z71 crew can oils smoke at start up

help 05 z71 crew cab oil smoke at start up
2005 chevy z71 5.3 crew cab
truck was blowing out blue smoke when you first started it so i had new valve seats put in it. that didnt fix the problem still does the same thing im not sure what else could be causing it
any help would be greatly appreciated.
