Hi, I have a 2004 Impala that was starting fine but had some various issues, the gas gauge does not work right and when I turned on the high beams the relay blew. It sat for the winter as and we had to free it from ice and it started fine once then tried again and now nothing happens, no dash lights, no horn even, locks do not work and of course will not start. Battery is new and works in my other car, all fuses/relays have been checked.

We are not sure what it is and were going to try a new BCM but would like advice before doing this since it is costly if it ends up not being the problem. Thanks!
