Smile Help Me Please

Okay firstoff lets start with what i own and whats been done

I own a 99 Chevy Tahoe
4x4
2 door
automatic tranny
5.7 liter vortec

This is whats been done to it so far

Rebuilt Crate Motor from GM
new plugs
new water pump
new wires
new rotor
new distributor cap
cats removed

Heres the problem,
Every since i blew the other motor and had a rebuilt GM crate motor put back in it which set me back 5k I have had nothing but problems outta this thing. By the way the other motor just started knocking one day under normal driving conditions to no fault of mine.

I actually have two problems but i dont know if they are related. The first one and the most important to me right now is that while im driving down the road (and this only happens after it warms up) it jerks (it feels like it is missing) a little bit its hardly noticeable until driving it for longer periods of time. The reason i know its not missing is that it would set off a engine code (to which i have a obm2 reader). Yet im not getting any codes.

The other problem I have been having for some time. The engine 1 fuse keeps blowing randomly sometimes at startup and sometimes not for long periods of time, Im thinking there might be a short somewhere in the system but the last time this happened to me i took it to chevy and they told me it was a O2 sensor and replaced it. Now im having the same problem again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
