I replaced the temp sensor http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/web...S_285424062___ kinda still spit around a little less but it stalled still didnt know if i should undo the neg on the batt to reset the computer wonder if that would help, its late now ill try that in the morning

I was wondering if it might be one of the ports on the EGR valve partially opening during closed loop and then working OK after it warmed-up? Seems that I've had a similar problem with an open EGR acting just like a vacuum leak and stalling the engine.

Gary is right, I would check the voltage on the TPS you replaced.
I had a similar problem when I changed my intake and TB, I had a bad temp sensor and even though I set the TPS with a voltage meter I found that the meter did not equal the OBD 1 reading when checked with a scanner.
