Gary is right, I would check the voltage on the TPS you replaced.
I had a similar problem when I changed my intake and TB, I had a bad temp sensor and even though I set the TPS with a voltage meter I found that the meter did not equal the OBD 1 reading when checked with a scanner.

I really doubt its the tps after having 2 in it, again when its warm it runs fine, after replacing all these parts I wonder if the timing might be slightly off, because it makes a poping noise through the throttle body, and the other day I seen it shoot fire out of it, when i had the aircleaner off.
