Trans had pump failure and took out the convertor. Overhauled trans completely, installed ring rotor vane kit for pump, replaced the aconvertor and resealed and reclutched all clutches put back together and now has a flare on 2-3 shift, scan tool shows .38 secs to shift tachometer shows the slip/flare, looking for some guidance. All clutch packs air checked good from case passages. I am planning on pulling VB and checking for stuck valves noT sure if 2-4 band is not releasing fast enough. Any help would be appreciated!
