HHR heater occasionally works
The other day my heater didn't work. I opened the hood to check the fuses and the secondary panel. All fuses were good. When I started the car again, the heater worked. No problem for a few days and then it happened again. I have found that opening and closing the hood makes it work... for now. Any thoughts on what might be the problem?

what part of the heater wasn't working?
blower motor fan
blend doors
no hot air
hvac control module?
if its the fan....next time the fault occurs... turn the fan speed to high....hammer fist the blower motor....if the fan starts working....you need a new blower motor.

Thank you. Yes, it was kinda thoughtless of me not to say what it is that's not working. It's the blower. If I'm traveling, I am able to adjust temp, but I only get heat in the cabin when moving.
