Default Hub caps

Anyone have a idea to keep the center cap in the rims on my 90's chevy stock rims?

I have used rtv but there may be a better product.

well its a sealant that will allow the caps to be removed if you ever need to have the tires balanced.
so don't use anything that can't be removed later.
