Default I accidentally shifted into reverse at 60mph

I shifted into reverse accidentally while going down the road at 60 kilometers per hour.

My finger was damaged on the hand that shifts gears and I have dyslexia, so I made a mistake and thought up was down when handling the gear shift and went to reverse instead of to second gear, the car jerked and I realized what I had done and then stopped at the side of the road and restarted the vehicle.

It automatically turned off when I shifted to reverse and I had to use power steering.

I was able to restart it but it took a little bit more turn of the key and after that I thought everything was fine, but now three or four days later the handling of the car is sluggish and driving up hills makes the car sound like it's in a lower gear.
I checked the steering fluid and it's not full, it's slightly below full, so that might be making the steer sluggish, and the sound may be due to the road being slightly wet. But I'm here to ask if that's all i should be worried about.

I will be bringing the car into the shop on thursday and want to know if there's anything I should ask them to check because of the mistake I made.

-Make: Chevy Cavalier, 2005, standard converted to automatic
I think it's 4 wheel drive, when I changed the brakes they said the front was different than the back.
I don't know the engine size
It's a 4 door sedan.
