Default Identifying my SBC

Hello I would like any help on finding more information on my SBC 327.

Pulled from my Grandfather's sixty-something GMC Custom pickup.

Has a tag on the front of the engine:
Stock No
D6272
Rebuilt Engine Power-Pak

Stamped on the front of the engine on the block are the numbers:
18L138893
T0205HF

Casting: GM 3914660

I know the motor is a 327, it is a 2 bolt main, and that's about all I know about it. I saw the tag on the front of the motor and tried to do a little bit of research on it but couldn't find too much. Does anyone know if this motor is a decent block to build? This is my first American muscle build and I'd like to know a little more about the motor before ordering any parts. Looking to get about 400-500hp depending on feasibility and financially. Not looking to build this overnight, and I am by no means a wealthy individual. I know with $$$ you can build anything, but I want to do this right, the first time.

When looking at Pics, please keep in mind, I will only be using the block. Everything else will be new, crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, etc.

3914660 casting, and HF suffix code means it's a 1968 327, 275 h.p., originally out of a full size model (Impala,etc).
The tag on the front was put there by the company that rebuilt it.
