My transmission is a 1998 c1500. I had it rebuilt 2 years ago, into a stage 2 for towing, and until recently it has been great. I let it idle in the heat for about 2 hours and now I get a 2-3 shift solenoid code. I pulled the pan, fluid was perfectly clean. Changed both shift solenoids, changed the computer, checked all the fuses everything seems fine. Works great till it warms up, then goes into limp mode. Everyone I ask just says to rebuild it. But nothing is worn. I think it must be an electronic issue. Any ideas?
