Where do you guys suggest I go to for hot rod parts?

I have struggled for two weeks to get an order placed with Jegs. Long story but it is now gone from bad to worse. They finally filled the order (I think) but did no include everything I asked for. They put one exhaust tip in the order when I asked for two. This brought my order to less than $300 so they then charged me shipping. They are not responding to my emails and I can't get the right person on the phone. Now it appears Fedex made the delivery to the doorstep, "no signature required". The package is now missing and still Jegs doesn't respond. Looking at all the reviews of Jegs I can find it looks like they are a disreputable supplier. I'll call my bank Monday to initiate a charge back.

In meantime, where do you guys recommend I go? Looks like Summit also has a poor reputation.

Hi, this thread is a year old so i am reviving it. I've mostly used Summit Racing for the past 25-30 years. No issues and they ship and process fast. They call me if a part is unavailable. They helped me get an Edelbrock water pump quickly for an engine emergency with my 454 in my truck.

Regarding Jegs, I've ordered specialty parts from them and have always felt happy with their response time and customer service.

I think it would be good to have yearly reviews pop up for all of the big houses we support. Just a reminder who supports us.
