Default Jerk/bump feeling

Hey guys, I'm new here but couldn't find the right info so hopefully you all can help. I bought a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500 (non hd) single cab long bed.

Basically the issue I am having now is , from a take off, when I accelerate it feels as if something is sliding backwards. It's hard to explain. It kinda feels as if something is not engaging then it engages. Like a jerk or a bump feeling under the truck. There's no noise to it just the feeling.

Other then that it shifts and drives great. No leaks and no shaking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
