I have a 2013 Cruz. It started this morning with no problems. I shut it off to take my kids to daycare. Started it again with no problems. Drove 500 feet to my parking space. Shut the car off removed the key. Then I decided that I wanted to crack the windows. I put the key in the ignition and tried to start it and nothing happened. There is no power at all and the key will not turn back to off. I cannot take the key out of the ignition. I cannot start the car. The keyless entry does not work. The trunk release will not work. The dome light doesn't come on. What is happening to my car?
