Default LED taillights...

I installed complete LED tail lights about a year ago. 2000 Chevy K3500 Crew Cab. They came with the resistors to make the lights work properly. Recently, while sitting at a traffic light or stop sign for any extended time, the turn signal will begin to get faster and faster, acting like there is a burned out bulb, but there isn't. Any thoughts?
