Default Location of starter relay for 97 1500 4.3L PU?

Troubleshooting some starting issues, and the starter relay has been suggested as a possible culprit. Problem is my garbage Haynes Repair Manual does not even mention this part. Anyone know where I might find it?

Thanks for everyone's time and I am sure I will be back.

This is what it looks like so I am going to go with somewhere in the fuse center up under the hood...

Its probably the same as the fuel or other relay under the hood so you may be able to swap it for troubleshooting, just be sure to mark the suspect one... and keep in mind what you swap it with in case it acts up after moving it....

The A/C relay and the starter relay had the same part number so I think I will try those. Bottom line though is that you are exactly right and I appreciate your help immensly. Car work for me is like a root canal.

I pray to god I don't have to remove that starter again.
