Default Lt1 keeps eating bearings!!!

Long story short, bought this clean 2015 corvette stingray with 70k miles, with rod knock. Tore it down, replaced connecting rod, crank and all bearings. Also did DOD delete with cam, lifters and springs. 250 miles later it dang near locks up on me. Spun 3 rod bearings and started eating into mains. Rebuilt AGAIN, brand new crank, 3 more rods, new rod and main bolts, brand new oil pump and I used +.001 bearings for extra oil clearance. I thought maybe it was just too tight. 10 miles on it and metal in the oil again… WHAT AM I MISSING?!?!? used new gaskets, cam retainer, etc. was making 30psi fully warm and up to 40-45 cruising. Not my first motor but my first gen v…. HELP
