Neither motor oil or oil additives will give you increase gas milage. No matter what oil you choose, it will not increase performance, it will not give you increased gas milage, and it will not increase horsepower. Oil is a lubricant, plain and simple. All it does is lubricate.

syntec oil will improve gas milage maybe not much but it will improve it anytime you cut down on friction you will improve fuel milage and gain a little more power

Synthetic oil doesn't decrease friction except at the initial cold start. Furthermore, even if synthetic oil did decrease friction at operating temperature, any performance gains or gains in fuel milage would be so minimal and insignificant, they would be practically unmeasurable, and definetely unnoticeable.
