Default MAF question

I have an 03 tahoe Z71 with the 5.3L that is throwing a code that says the left bank is running lean. I haven't noticed any performance issues, but I was wondering if that could be a bad MAF? No other codes have been thrown.

I'd suspect an O2 sensor

New dosen't mean good. If it where maf you'd have a performance dtc, and it wouldn't (IMO) just show one bank lean. You can however clean the maf, use maf sensor cleaner.
