mid 80's 350 valve help!

I am rebuilding a set of stock mid 80's 350 heads and I need to know valve spring pressure and installed valve spring height.

I could also use a good web site to look to find this information.

depends what the specs of the cam are. If your replacing the cam the cam manufacture should be able to tell you what they should be.
