Mountain View Internet juggernaut Google is still growing: It plans to add more than 6,000 new employees this year. In a blog post, Alan Eustace, Google's senior vice president of engineering and research, said 2011 "will be our biggest hiring year in company history." According to a Merc report, about one-third of the jobs will be in the Bay Area. "We're looking for top talent -- across the board and around the globe -- and we'll hire as many smart, creative people as we can to tackle some of the toughest challenges in computer science," Eustace wrote.
