Default mysterious Chev panel please help identify

I thought I was buying an OEM green rear deck filler panel for my 1969 chevelle. I bought it in the US, shipped it across the US and then to Australia. Six months later I un boxed this!!!! Not green and not even close to 1969 chevelle much bigger but probably GM There is some rust pitting but the panel is as good as you would hope for the age and would easily weld in. If I could identify this panel I would try to find a home for it there are measurements in the photo which should be enough.

the reproduction sellers call this a rear deck filler, this is better not just because it is OEM but because you can repair sail panel rust in the windshield corner with this. I would love for this to fit my 1969 chevelle like I paid for. Please someone get out a measuring tape and tell me what it does not fit.

It's a matter of days from when I will need to cut up this old factory panel to fit it in the bin. Please! measure your rear deck for me?
