Welcome from Florida. It looks like a nice truck. Also looks like it was a company truck and had heavy usage. It has a lot of miles on it for 3 years at almost 50,000 miles per year. Considering this I would say they are asking too much for the truck.

 

Might not want to put a dollar amount on a pre purchase inspection. Shop near me charged $35.
