Default Need Help with my 08 Suburban.

Ok I have a 2008 Suburban LTZ 4x4, 180XXX. 1500 5.3
so last Friday, my #4 cylinder lifter collapsed which happened to be my AFM cylinder. Being that this is my only means of transportation at the moment and im extremly broke. I went ahead and replaced only the bad lifter, & push rod spending as little as possible. Meaning I wish I could of done all of them. So I only took off the right head (sitting in vehicle) cleaned all matting surfaces with soft cookie disc, replaced head gasket, new head bolts, torqued to spec. Replaced intake gaskets. New spark plug wires. So anyways I went to start her up and of course it excessivly cranked after fuel pump primed. But eventaully started I assumed because I had to disconnect fuel lines that there would be some cranking. So she fires up runs rough for a few seconds smooths out then runs fine. First 2 codes that popped up bank 1 running rich, bank 2 running rich. So everyday since, the excessive cranking has gotten worse, going from only initial start to almost every start if it sits for more then an hour. Today I questioned if it was going to start. So both banks are now running too rich and I have excessive cranking with rough idle until warmed up enough. 2 codes. I have triple checked my work. I work on heavy truck for a living. So I know my way around a motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated after this small snow storm I'm going to put new plugs in it. Hopefully it helps.
