Default Need your guys honest opinion on this engine

Looking to buy this engine for my 73 vette wanted to know what you guys think of the spec. Since i dont know first things about putting a engine together

JRE prepped Chevy 2 bolt main block, bored to 4.280
Ground smooth, stamped #44, painted JRE silver
JRE prepped Chevy 4.00 cast steel crank .010/.010
Clevite P series bearings .010 undersize
7/16 dot rods with ARP 7/16 bolts
TRW forged pistons,.030 over, 29.4cc dome, 10.42-1 compression
Hastings moly rings, gapped at .022 top, .020 second
Crower hydraulic roller cam
lobe lift intake .369 x 1.7 ratio rocker .627 valve lift
exhaust .372 x 1.7 ratio rocker .632 valve lift

Chevy 074 Aluminum heads mildly ported with a 116cc chamber
