New engine, no spark.
I had noticed im not the only one with this prob., but i was won dering if there was still anything else i could have overlooked. No spark from coil and all my sensors are new. I took my coil off and put it on my buddys truck and it started right up.So thats out, only thing left to recheck is grounds. Any helpful tips im all ears.
If coil is good / starts buddys truck. Will be ign module.
ign. module fires the coil.
Here this will explain it.
If pickup coil is bad .. ign. module will not work.. if ign. module does not work coil will not fire. Have seen people many times throw good coils away.
Thinking it was bad.. have to do a resistance check on coil .
Do a resistance check on ign. module. Do a resistance check on pickup coil.
That is all i have to say about that lol.
