Default new owner new issues

I'm new here and a 2011 traverse it have has issues. Can't complain it was gifted to us. I believe we have a HVAC issue. Even though the control pannel shows the different positions of the HVAC the thing always blows out the center vents. they do not shift to the defrost or floor board. actuator issue?

Also, the wiper fluid is not coming out the front sprayer or the back. I can not hear the pump but the sprayers are wet when I try them. the resevore is full. Is this just a clog or do i need to go deeper?

Welcome from Florida. More than likely, it is the mode actuator that is bad, but it could also be something else. You have to investigate. Same with the sprayer, it could be a clog, broken hose or a bad pump. You have to check these things. Have a good day and good luck.

Probably a vacuum leak that won’t allow your hvac to switch to floor or defrost
