New tire recommendation?
No doubt Michelin is one, or just about the best tread you can put on your ride.
But, echoing what oldchevy said, and, will add NOW is the time to make a selection which will enhance capabilities and safety.
Take into consideration what you really want out of your treads.
Most any Tire tread will get you down the road, but, consider those situations where even for limited times, a strong feature/ability will get you through a seasonal or unexpected situation.
For instance...
I live in an area, where there is very limited spring and fall. We go from hot and dry, to treading water to brief periods of ice. I would select a Tread which has good Wet Traction and does well on Ice. As long a the tire is round, that's enough to get me though the hot part
Take your time and make an informed decision.
Make a selection and come on back for comments before you buy.

Any Tread* can get you down the street or hiway, but, there are tradeoffs. The more rubber you put on the road, the better mileage and dry braking ability. The more pronounced the Cleats*, the better traction you have OTR (Off the Road) and in mud or snow.
Almost every Manufacturer makes several applications of Tread, to fit just about any condition or use one can think of. And, just because the Manufacturer has a stellar reputation, doesn't mean that their Tire is be best for your specific application.
I view Tires much like I do an Insurance Policy. One, in a policy, can include Clauses for specific coverage. Tires are the same, I personally want that "coverage", when I really need it, not wish later I'd had it available.
* =
When I say "Tread" I actually mean the Tread Pattern, not a off hand reference to the Tire it's self.
"Cleats", are the raised portions of rubber, between the body of the Tire and the Road.
