Default No ignition on cylinder 7. I'm lost. Please help.

I've got a '97 Chevy Silverado with the "gen 2" vortec I believe it is. I have ignition on all cylinders except for 7. And the engine won't start. There is good spark, I pulled the wire off the plug and put to frame with screw driver. I put in a brand new spider injection. Still not fixed. I know all the other cylinders are firing because after trying to crank the engine over, all the header pipes are extremely hot at the top by the head but 7 is cold still. The valves must be set right since I have no blowback through the throttle body. Nor is the any backfire out the exhaust. I'm sooo lost. Please help.
