No injector pulse cyl 2, 3, 8
have been experiencing some rather frustrating issues… started after replacing intake manifold gaskets. Once the manifold was back in and all hooked up, it ran very roughly. Come to find out cylinders 1, 3 and 7 has no injector pulse when running. I’ve verified voltage to injectors (12v) and the injectors themselves are good. I traced each ground back to the pcm, and ran new ground wires to all. after doing so 3 was still dead. 2 and 8 worked for a short period of time before not working again.. I am truly frustrated and confused.. injector bank fuses are good, all grounds are good and clean. Strange that it’s 1 cyl on pass and 2 cyl on drivers. Could this be pcm failure?? Any suggestions at all?? Runs great after jumping ground from neighboring injectors, runs and drives great but scanner reads open circuit on those sharing ground, therefore hard shifting due to service stabilitrac.
