I have a problem with '05 Uplander. Was cruising along in the country about 55-60 MPH, the Check Eng light came on with a warning ping and the Reduced Power came up. I was doing OK for a few miles but then I advanced the throttle to go up a hill and the car died. I pulled over. Power steering never felt better by the way after manhandling it with no power. Well anyway I waited a few minutes and started, still had Check Eng light but no Reduced Power message. I went for about 20 miles. I stopped at a store close to home and when I started the car back up it stalled about 4 more times in the aprox 4 mile trip home from store.
I went by O'Reilly and used the data download and got codes 2120, 2125 & 2138. Can not find these coeds anywhere. Could be these are data machine specific, either way not idea what they represent. My gut feeling tells me it may be a throttle body sensor, but want something more concrete than my gut when I go to doing recreational maintenance and changing parts out just because I can.
Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum. The DTCs mean:

P2120 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1 Circuit
P2125 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 2 Circuit
P2138 Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) Sensor 1-2 Correlation

They basically mean an electrical problem with the APP sensor or circuit. If it were just P2138, there's a TSB you might want to check out. See TSB_07-06-04-019A.pdf - Windows Live.
