I have a 1985 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 305 engine, automatic transmission wondering why I cannot locate the ALDL connector. I looked under the dash on both sides of the steering column with no avail. I researched the port location in my Haynes automotive techbook also in my Haynes repair manual and cannot locate where it states it should be. please help. thank you
