Default Oil leak
When I look underneath the front of my truck it looks like wet oil from the main crank pulley .. any ideas ??

You should give more specifics as to the engine ect. Right off hand I'd guess front main seal.

I will go take a pic it says 5.0 and it's a vortec but someone else said it's a 4.3 I'll go take a pic

Not a 4.3 liter as you have four spark plugs on one side, so its a 305 or a 350 V8 engine.
