Default Oil Life percentage won't go away

So I recently got my oil changed at a jiffylube and ever since there has been a message in my dash where my mileage usually is, telling me the oil life percentage and it won't go away. How do j make my dashboard normal again? This is a small problem but it's really annoying.

my car is an 07 Tahoe by the way. Please help, thanks

The correct procedure should be in the owners manual. Try turning key on but not starting motor. Wait for display to come on and push the accelerator quickly 5 times. Wait for display to flash and clear. Yours might be slightly different but basically the same.

I appreciate the reply but all this did was reset my oil life percentage message to 100%, the message itself still won't go away in my dashboard. I would like to see my mileage and other messages again. Does anyone have a solution?

Did you try pushing the button that changes the display to the other displays such as temp, volts etc?
