Default option code sticker

Where can I find out explanations of the option codes? I know the sticker has a lot of information on it and it will tell me a lot about what I'm working on.

So I was trying to find out what trans I have in my van. One search told me I had 4L80e, after more reading option code M30 would be 4L60. Is this correct?
