Default oxygen sensor heater

I get this code in winter when temp starts dropping into teens. I usually reset when things warm up and it stays off all summer until first real cold day of winter. P0042 I think but its oxygen sensor heater bank 1 and 2

2006 chevy express 3500

Any thoughts or insights appreciated?

Might be as simple as undoing and reconnecting the Heated O2 sensor connections.... check make sure they are clean and not corroded...
