Default p0300 missfire code fix needed

this code comes with a lot of causes ,, I have a p0300 code that appears every week and a half like clock work, I have a 2005 6.0 gas with a 181000, truck runs smooth and when the light comes on there is no indication (no shake or shutter)I have done plugs, wires, four injectors, one coil pack ,maf ,,,the reason for the four injectors is the cylinder misfire history shows 1,3,5,8 with misfires all the time with # 8 being the highest 12500 counts(I moved coil packs and plugs around to see if the cylinders would follow and no change , checked for vacume leaks, wire harness chaffs and connection issues, checked grounds ,I would like to hear what you found for repairs, also for any one who might know what links the code to trip,is irregular counts on the crank or is it o2 sensors??????, the code seams to trip while under part throttle at high way speed (73 mph) any help would be great,
