I have a 1996 1500 extended bed pickup. When I turn on headlights, the dash lights go off, gauges bounce, headlights mess up (all come on or one side works). When I turn off lights the radio comes on. This happens whether truck is running or not. Truck runs fine otherwise. Replaced dead battery and issues started. Thanks for any help.
