Default If you could be so kind...

Sorry that I don't have 5 posts, but I just found this website after just purchasing a 2006 Silverado 1500HD. I'd appreciate it if you could decode my vin. I'm sure that after the decoding I'll have a lot more posts.

there is more to it than just the 5 posts.
And if I let you slide, I have to let everyone slide...
Its really not asking much though, just introduce yourself, fill out your signature, & start some light conversation either about your truck, or about whatever floats your boat

Hello ShawnVW. I had a squareback and a beetle. This one is GM Chevy Lumina BTW thanks for the lookup...vin 2G1WN52KOX9115892 also under the usual spot outside on the windshield. ignition lights no turn over no growl no modifications ran great parked driveway, came back few minutes later suddenly NOTHING. Would not crank at all. Cables tight, clean. Batt OK...cells have water. Wife loves this 136,000 miler with sunroof, leather seats V6 3.8 liter engine for a smooth ride. Owned since 1999, regular servicing. No modifications except took off windshield washer reservoir as was misplaced atop battery. An ignition coil might just "go out" or ignition as driven almost daily since 1999.

this is NOT the place to be looking for help, this thread is only for VIN lookups, and secondly read the rules in the first post to see the prerequisite for requesting a lookup
